Personally
I left the corporate world in 2009 as a burned out project manager, no semblance of balance in my life and clear about one thing – that I wanted to do something that gives me joy and feeds my soul…not just my pocket book. I hired a life coach for the second time in my life and got busy.
It has been a journey and I am a much happier person because of it. Today, I live a happier, freer life that includes owning my own practice as a Certified Life Coach and Peacekeeping Circle Facilitator. Life has gifted me with some amazing experiences that provide me with many insights. I’ve seen what works … and what doesn’t. Making changes to our lives starts with us. Inside. That’s why I named my company Innerworks. Our journey to something new and exciting begins within.
Professionally
I worked almost 30 years in the corporate world as an IT professional, predominantly as a Project Manager and Process Manager. Six of those years were at the global level and it provided me with a rich experience in a multi-cultural environment. I have served on three non-profit boards and on a leadership development team at my church.
Training
I am certified as a Life Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
I completed coach training at Coach U and received Peacekeeping Circle Facilitation training from Tracy Roberts at The Circle Center.
I have completed Presence-Based Coaching I with Doug Silsbee.
